eSPIR

Electronic Spareparts Interchangeability Record (eSPIR) is a collaboration portal. It is used to enable companies that are in the process of adding to their physical assets (during construction or commissioning) to involve their vendors and contractors in the creation asset records, associated specifications, drawings, and to provide record of the spare parts which are required. 
The system also allows for the capture of preventive maintenance schedules and associated work procedures
The system will include integration to the customer's internal asset management system (which is not limited to Maximo and may include SAP, Oracle EAM, and others).
